The fourth major game in the Dragon Age franchise, The Veilguard will be the sequel to Dragon Age: Inquisition (2014). Set ten years after Inquisition, the game will feature new locations in the fictional world of Thedas for the player to explore. The game is scheduled to be released for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S on October 31, 2024.
