In The Flash (2023), Ezra Miller's super speed running scenes were filmed using a mix of motion-capture and practical effects. Ezra wore a real helmet and boots, while the rest of the suit was added using CGI after. Directed by Andy Muschietti, The Flash was the final movie in the DCEU timeline before James Gunn's new DCU soft reboot.
