For years of burning the candles at both ends I found The Lord on my death bed twenty years ago. From drugs and alcohol to a new life but it was not just like that. I changed some of my habits and started to eat unhealthy. I gained lots of weight and had no plans to do anything that had to do with exercising.

In 2021 I started to walk and after only a few weeks I felt how good I feel. I walked long walks every day but it was time consuming, especially as we are out on tour a lot.
