In this video, I discuss the positive aspect of the feminine side. When the anima is unlocked it enables a deeper psychological experience, since it enables the emotions which were previously held back by the ego to flood forth. These emotions allow us to feel a deeper sense of connection to the world around us. It is also this side which allows us to adopt a healthier mental attitude.
