How do we cultivate gratitude in a sustained way?
In the Qur’an, gratitude is described as a pathway to stronger faith and clarity, and even increased blessings. Allah says: لَئِن شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ — “If you are grateful, I will surely increase you.” (14:7)
But what about when life feels heavy? Gratitude does not always rise easily. Sometimes, amid hardships, blessings become blurry.
In Episode 12, @drraniaawaadofficial explores the Qur’an, ahadith, and the stories of the Prophets alayhum as salam to cultivate the deeply meaningful Islamic perspective of gratitude and how we can sustain one of the most healing feelings of all.
This Ramadan, we are asking our Instagram community to help raise $5,000 of our overall goal for the newly launched Maristan Academy. Your sadaqah today makes a true impact as we seek to offer new trainings that offer the Muslim community tools to help prevent mental health crises.
