Addressing the Economic Times World Leaders Forum, Prime Minister Narendra Modi explained how reform in governance should be inclusive of sensitivity towards every single human life. He said that thousands had to lose their lives because of unmanned railway crossings in the country and the earlier governments didn't care much. Post 2014, the NDA government eliminated these unmanned crossings in mission mode and the rate of accidents has come down by 90 percent.
