The plunger does more than just set your center shot — it plays a key role in fine-tuning your arrow flight.

If your bareshafts are hitting right of your fletched arrows (too weak), increase plunger tension.
If they’re hitting left (too stiff), reduce tension.

I like to adjust bow weight first using tiller bolts, then use the plunger to fine-tune. This small adjustment can make a big difference in your groups.
