We regularly post online that we are looking for single family homes, mobile home parks, and apartment deals. One post connected us to a distressed 24 unit property owned by a 73 year old landlord who was ready to exit. The property manager was mismanaging the park, it was half vacant, and the owner was checked out. We purchased the entire property for $210,000, all from a free lead generated through social media.
