This video explains how my 1993 award winning photo of Irv Bruskin was made using very simple equipment. Bruskin was the owner of Bruskin's Hardware at 5th and Porter in South Philadelphia. The photo won an award for best feature photography in the weekly division from the Philadelphia Press Association when I was working for the South Philadelphia Review. Watch till the end to learn how O.J. Simpson figured into the night of the award dinner. Clue, the dinner was June 17, 1994.
