Hideous, isn't it?
Oh man, this sure was fun to make! My friend Eleanor ( TheOriginalMe here on youtube) and I made this for one of the AMV panels at Manifest this year as an example of effects gone wrong. Seriously, we've all seen videos like this one at least once before here on youtube, with cheesy, messy effects thrown around all over the place.
THROWING EFFECTS EVERYWHERE MAKES THE VIDEO BETTER, DOESN'T IT?!
This video just goes to show that using effects doesn't always make an AMV better...as a matter of fact, it can often make it worse.
That's not to say that I hate effects! When they're done well, they're amazing! When they're not done well however...well, you kind of end up with this. :/
