This was filmed on 06/21/2013 around 1:15pm on Hwy 25 near the entrance to the quarry just outside of Montevallo, Alabama. I believe this is Bibb County Sheriff jurisdiction. The speed limit is 55 and I was doing 55 but that was obviously too slow for this goober. He not only flies by me on a double yellow line but also crosses the yellow chevrons in the road.
