This video is a redub of an old video that had terrible audio quality. I've wanted to take some of my better old videos and make their audio not terrible for a while, and my pc crapping the bed this week seemed like a good excuse to get this one done...
In movies we have horror, sci-fi, action, comedy, drama, thrillers, westerns, documentaries. Books share some of these genres with movies, like horror, sci-fi, or thrillers, but they lack documentaries, instead having just broad "non-fiction" Music has Rock, metal, blues, punk, prog rock, funk, classical, the list goes on and on. Painting doesn't have "genres" per-se, but it has styles. Cubism, minimalism, impressionism, surrealism, pop art.
And videogames? They have genres too.
But how do new genres get invented? And how do we make one?
