Here is a video updating of how my gynecomastia looks after having surgery and then continuing to bulk and add roughly 20 lbs. My biggest concern is with the way the fat deposits look, as they clearly don't look good. I don't feel like the actual glandular tissue has returned, but I do have concern with how it will look overall once I lean out again. I am a natural bodybuilder who had gyno through puberty
