I did a 3 days water fast which means I ate nothing except water for 3 whole days! I have researched longer-term fasting for a while and have found so many health benefits associated with it so I am so glad I finally did it!
I also document exactly what I ate to come out of the fast and how that has helped to keep the weight off that I lost during fasting.
