In this video I'm giving you a quick tour of the 1950's rental property we've moved to and telling you how much it would cost to bring a property like this up to the basic spec of the modern new build. This is a lovely property but needs some TLC and I figured it might be interesting for you to see some very typical maintenance work that might be needed in a property of this age.
