I’m sorry for the delay in videos, I just recently broke my ankle entirely all the way around, then had surgery shortly after. I have been stuck inside, not riding, just working and healing as fast as I can. I'm still sitting on so much footage, so many more bangers to come!
In last week’s video, I rode in my last ride for the Megaride in Los Angeles to come home to a fresh RTR in the box waiting to be opened. I called all my homies to come over and help out with the unboxing, I knew they would all want to see the RTR in person. James came out from Colorado to visit PA to catch up, which lined up perfectly with the unboxing. We put the RTR together and. Everyone got a chance to ride it. We all agreed that the RTR is a beast of a pit bike, which did not disappoint. The name RTR means ready to rip, and it was ripping as soon as it was put together. I then took it on a ride the next day for a full review of the bike, where James and I rode all day. After a long day of riding, we came home, and had a nice steak dinner with some brews to call it a night.
In this week’s video, I put the new RTR to the test, installing new wheels for it, and going on a duo RTR ride with Connor G. My guy Big Smoke weighs just under 300 pounds, clocking in at 6 foot 2, 293 pounds. Since the RTR’s weight limit is 250 pounds, he and I went on a ride, with him on the RTR riding until we ran out of battery. The RTR held up great under so much stress. Big Smoke ended up getting a top speed of 55 MPH on it, and we were riding for around 2 hours before running the battery completely dead. Big Smoke ended up hitting a huge rock at high speeds, causing the rim to bend a bit. I used this as an excuse to order new wheels, so I did some research to see which ones I really wanted. After a short search, I went with the Mag Wheels from Electro and Co! They are much more robust and come with thick supermoto tires, which is a huge upgrade from stock. My buddy Miguel came over to help with the install and for a short neighborhood ride. The next day, I linked with Connor G for a longer, more serious ride with the Mag Wheels.
