I built my own Surron x starting with a cheaper electric motorcycle model the Segway x160. This is the same bike with smaller forks and tries plus a weaker battery. My first step was to buy a Surron X or X 260 battery then sell in smaller battery. Next I bought dual clamp forks and traded my 17" wheels for the 19s from a Surron X. Get every thing used and save some money! This was a super easy DIY. With a few wrenches and Allen keys you can build your own Surron.
