In this video, I see how good you can get at Rocket League in just one week through training and playing competitive games every day.
I used Sunlesskhan's training video (linked below) plus a few additions of my own, for the training routine.
The goal of this video is to find out what one week of training and practice can do to your Rocket League rank and skill. As there are many new players picking up the game due to the new Epic Games free to play update for Rocket League who may want to rank up as fast as possible, this video tests how quickly you can expect to rank up.
