Hours later, Apple filed the numbers with the SEC.

Ternus gets a $3 million salary and a $55 million equity target for fiscal 2027.

Cook takes a cut and will now earn a $2 million salary and a $45 million equity target.

Ternus starts below what Cook was earning, and nowhere near what Cook was handed on day one in 2011. But 75 per cent of his stock only pays if Apple beats the S&P 500.
