How passive rental property investing actually is...

I know that I spend at least 2 hours or less on rental property investing every week. I know this because I spend a lot of time on other stuff.

Like taking Spanish classes.

Like working on my Coach Carson stuff.

Writing a book.

Recording podcast episodes.

Going out and hiking with friends here in the area.

Doing activities with my kids.

So is rental property investing completely passive?

No.

I'm spending a couple of hours per week.

But is that passive enough to do everything else that I'm wanting to do in my life?

Absolutely!
