How much health would an average human have in Zelda?

Today I attempted to rank every enemy in Zelda TotK to find out which ones an average human could defeat. However, one question was on my mind, how many hearts does a human have? In Zelda games like Tears of the Kingdom, Links health is measured by hearts. And you get more hearts the further you progress through the game. But if an average human was teleported into Hyrule, how much health would they have? Link starts the game with 3 hearts, so is that the answer? But Link was injured at the start of the game so it has to be more than that right? I hope you enjoy!
