Welcome to the Design Creativity & Technology Channel. I constantly get asked in the comments how loud are the machines in my home workshop and do my neighbours complain?
This video will cover the sound levels of all of my machines taken inside my shop, inside my house and outside my shop door. Machine sound levels (dB) will be conducted on all my machines consisting of the SyilCNC mill, Herless manual mill, Colchester lathe, Waldown drill press and GMF senior grinder with belt sander attachment.
So far to date I haven't had any complaints from my neighbours. However, I am very respectful of my shop operating times and only work during the recommended hours provide by my local municipality.
