How tall is a tree? Of course, the answer is "it depends".

It depends on the size of the house, the age, the condition, how many times it has been remodeled, and how complicated it is. It depends on the inspector; a more thorough inspector will take more time. And it depends on the client; the more questions and the less experience with homes, the more time it'll take.

We schedule four hours for most inspections, but some take longer, so we schedule more time when we expect it.
