However, true to his manipulative nature, Keener has made it clear that his cooperation comes with conditions.
Before he divulges the critical information he possesses, he demands that the Division assist him in locating and securing the remaining members of his team, starting with Theo Parnell.
Theo, the Master of ANNA, is a brilliant yet reclusive tech genius whose distrust of the Division runs deep.
Much like Keener before him, Theo refuses to collaborate without proof of the Division's capabilities and intentions.
