Two brief examples from traffic adjacent to Makerere University in Kampala. I am beginning to appreciate the organized chaos of the traffic. However, it does have a high number of traffic accident mortalities per capita. The motorcycles here are called Boda Bodas, and they are largely unregulated and are disproportionately piloted by young men.
