How to navigate an identity shift and feel more like yourself than ever—especially if you've outgrown who you were and you're not sure how to embrace who you're becoming. In this casual sit-down chat, I'm reflecting on one of the biggest internal transformations of my life: healing old fears, rebuilding my self-worth, learning nervous system regulation, releasing people pleasing, and letting go of identities that no longer felt aligned. I truly feel like a different person than I was a year ago—more relaxed, more confident, more myself.
A lot of this growth happened alongside building Resonance, releasing the pressure of constant output as a creator, and shifting my mindset around productivity—learning to trust my energy instead of forcing it.
