Cheetah Hunt is often the subject of (valid) criticism. Its long, drawn out transitions can leave it feeling lackluster. But did you know the rides manufacturer, Intamin, has actually fixed that original design? Cheetah Hunt has a near clone in China called Light of Revenge that opened at Happy Valley Nanjing exactly 10 years after Cheetah Hunt. It features better profiling, the elimination of the mid course brake run, and even has lap bars!
