In just 6 months, India will be home to Asia's largest airport - The Noida International Airport, which will commence operations from December 2024! Yes, this mega structure is going to be so huge that it will surpass even China's current biggest airport - the Beijing Capital International Airport! And do you know its budget? A whopping 30 thousand crores!!! Now, I'm definitely thrilled about this entire development... But I see two major problems in it!
First, Asia's biggest and the world's 4th largest airport is not being built in any metropolitan city of India but in a small village named Jewar!
The second problem - look at this map - this new airport is being constructed just 72 km away from India's largest airport, IGI Airport. Why do we need two such large airports so close to each other??
Well, I would say the UP government has chosen exactly that place to build the airport because they have a very big plan behind it!
