What if you could design your own syllabus for life? In this video, I’m sharing how I’m building my personal curriculum — a slow, intentional way to keep learning and exploring the things that matter to me.
I’ll walk you through:
- Why I’m creating a personal curriculum
- How I’m structuring it to stay curious (without overwhelm)
- The tools I’m using (Notion, journals, mind mapping)
- The first subject I’m diving into this autumn
This is my take on self-directed learning and it fits well into my slow living journey. I’m choosing depth over distraction, presence over constant scrolling, and bringing back that cozy “back-to-school” feeling as an adult.
Whether you’re interested in intentional learning, slow living lifestyle inspiration, or just need ideas for adult learning, I hope this gives you the spark to create your own personal syllabus.
