Feel free to drop a comment if you want to connect with myself or other like minded people who may be struggling with ADHD. My fear in talking about this stuff is people using ADHD as an excuse who may not have it. Im no doctor but i feel a lot of people around me who say they have it don't always have the best work ethic or may lack drive and structure in life.. which is a totally different conversation from ADHD. So its a thin line. But if you feel like every morning you wake up excited to get stuff done but for just some reason you can't manage to get yourself to move even though you have everything you need to do so.. then this might be for you.
Getting medicated isn't some magical fix either. There is a lot of downsides that come with it that almost makes it not worth it on some days. So please, do not give yourself the excuse of possibly having ADHD without seeking professional medical advice. I feel our community lacks transparency when it comes to mental health, so lets get the conversation going.
