How I setup a stylized Mixamo avatar for full body recording

Second part of a tutorial series were I build a custom avatar using a stylized kitten from Mixamo, in this tutorial I am in VR and recording full body tracking (FBT) motion capture , then export and final render everything in Blender as a short animation.
