I fully expect this video to be my least viewed, but if it helps inspire just a few people, it was worth making.

I've technically been on YouTube for seven years, but for five of them, I didn't login a single time. Imagine my surprise when I came back and saw that I had amassed 60,000 subscribers!

In this video I share the story of how I gained so many subscribers by doing NOTHING.

I mean, I did spend a few thousand hours creating content, but the vast majority of my following came years later.

This isn't a video on how you can get tons of subscribers to your YouTube channel, because there's really only one answer, and that is consistency.

I learned that the hard way, and have a couple tips that should help you on your YouTube journey.
