Overwhelm is real, Besties! ๐ญ๐ But when my brain has 50 tabs open, I don't stop planning...I just change how I plan.
Save this post right now so you can copy my exact 3-step @DailyGrindPlanner routine the next time you feel stuck! ๐พ
๐ STEP 1: The Weekly Reflection Page
I always start here to ground my mind. I fill out the reflection layout and answer these exact prompts:
โ๐พWhat to Improve, Declutter, & Prep: Pinpointing what needs to be cleared out to make my upcoming week smooth sailing.
โ๐พWhat Will Help Me Be Successful: Defining the exact environment, task or boundary I need to protect my peace.
โ๐พMore vs. Less: Deciding what I need to do MORE of this week versus LESS of (like distractions!). ๐
โ๐พThe End Goal: Setting a clear finish line of what will actually make me feel accomplished by Sunday.
๐ง STEP 2: The Main Focus
Right at the bottom of that reflection page, I lock in my Main Focus. This is my ultimate anchor for the weekโthe one big goal I constantly go back to look at if I start to drift or get off track!
๐ง STEP 3: The Dot Grid Brain Dump
Once my strategy and my anchor are locked in, then dot grid page. I do a complete brain dump that correlates to my goals which helps to get all the remaining chaotic noise out of my head and onto paper so my mind can finally breathe.
Listen...Planning isn't about doing it all, Bestie. It's about taking control of your peace! ๐
