Here's how I make pizza. The crust is great, you don't have to wait a long time for it to rise.
Pizza Dough
2 1/4 tsp. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preheat oven to 450. Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Let stand 10 minutes. Add flour, salt and oil. Let stand 5 minutes. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and pat into a round. Transfer to a lightly greased pan dusted with cornmeal. Add pizza sauce and toppings and bake 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
