With some help from an almost 40-year-old magazine article, with some errors in it, I managed to build my own joystick adapter, for my BBC Micro Model B. I also diagnosed, cleaned and repaired a retro Quick-shot Joystick, which I purchased on eBay for just £3 (GBP).
There were some mistakes along the way, so I hope you enjoy my journey, watch to the end to find out if my goal of playing a game on my BBC model B with a joystick was again realized!
