Happy New Years, Beautiful, Creative Souls!!! This is part 2 of last week's vlog as I didn't have the energy last week to edit the whole thing and concentrated instead on slowing down and self-care to the max! So in this part, I am sharing what I did for my New Year Journaling prompt inspired by Dr Christiane Northrup's book and also Regina Thomashauer's book. Both are linked below if you are interested. The prompt is easy, fast and has no need to relive the whole year in any detail. We are not ignoring the challenges but choosing a bite-size more manageable journaling activity rather than a full-on and perhaps overwhelming reflection of the whole year.
