Python as a language is known for being explicit, simple, readable, and beautiful. At the same time, the tooling around using and writing this language has not always made people feel productive and delighted. I know this has been true for me! In this talk, learn about recent improvements in tooling for Python that have finally addressed my own persistent challenges. Posit’s new IDE, Positron, provides a next generation environment for Python data practice, and this new IDE plays nicely with modern language tooling from the Python community.
