*GIVEAWAY CLOSED* Today I will share how I got rid (or dramatically diminished) of my eye bags, and circles when I was in my 60's. Also the 2nd FFF winner is announced. I realize that my under eye areas are far from perfect, but they are much better than they were 6+ years ago. About the 7:20 mark is when I apply Retin A. My phone camera did not have built in flash in 2013, like the photos in 2019. I forgot to say what you need to write in the comment section (if you are interested).
