This is what led to me doing what I do today.

Hey guys, I'm back (after far too long a break) with a vlog! In this one, I went on holiday with my family to Mallorca, which I show you a bit of, but the main point of making this video is to answer a question that a lot of you have asked me.

Many of you have wanted to find out exactly what got me into physics in the first place. Now the answer to that question is that I read a book when I was about 11, detailing the life and works of Albert Einstein, and since then I've been totally hooked.

The book itself is called "Dead Famous: Albert Einstein and his Inflatable Universe" and it's a really brilliant book for explaining a lot of Einstein's contributions to science in the most simple and intuitive way possible. Even I, as an 11 year old, could understand what was going on (for the most part). I think adults as well as children should read it if they want to find out about Einstein and just why he's as famous as he is.

The book covers Special Relativity, General Relativity, Quantum Mechanics, and more from Einstein's physics life... but it also talks a lot about his personal and political life. So, I had to do a bit of a book review! Spoiler alert, I like the book lol.

Anyway, short description for this video. If you enjoyed it, let me know down below, and also tell me what is it that got you into what you love most. Do you remember? Why was that thing so meaningful to you? I'd like to hear your origin story :)
