I filmed this video a couple of weeks ago, before this crazy time got so intense! I am very aware that this is such a difficult time for everyone and we are not sure of what the next few weeks or months will hold. I know that we are all in this together and I've seen so many acts of kindness and compassion, that I am sure that we will come out of this a better society, We are strong together! I hope that my videos will provide a light relief during this time. Enjoy!
Today, I am showing how I do my winged liner, for hooded, mature eyes. I have tried so many ways to do a wing, but this technique works best for me. I hope you find it helpful!
