I've been thinking about cutting the cord for quite some time, and yet never got around to actually doing it. When Verizon sold it's Texas FiOS franchise to Frontier Communications they started dropping services and service levels, but didn't want to lower the price (actually they wanted me to pay more!). I finally had my reason to begin my cord cutting adventure!
