Hi beautiful family, this video in particular is important to me. * I am not a doctor* this routine is simply just what worked for me. Everyone’s skin & skin types are different. However all of these products were recommended to me by a doctor. & as you’ll see I have been prescribed medications to help as well. You can do this same routine, minus the medicines I use, and it may help you. You can’t knock it till you try it!

-Burts Bees Peach & Willow Bark exfoliator
(used when needed; for me about every two weeks depending)

*Tretinoin: This medication is for acne. It may decrease the number and severity of acne pimples, and promote quick healing of pimples that do develop. Tretinoin belongs to a class of medications called retinoids. It works by affecting the growth of skin cells.

*Doxycycline: This medication is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections, including those that cause acne. This medication is known as a tetracycline antibiotic. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria.
