A lot of you asked me to show exactly how I built the real-time AI avatar app from my recent video, so I’m opening up the actual Claude projects and walking through the process live.
This wasn’t built from one magical prompt. The app evolved across multiple projects, conversations, experiments, mistakes, fixes, and a whole lot of “Okay... now can we make it do THIS?”
During the livestream, I’ll show you how I worked with Claude to take the idea from concept to a functioning real-time AI avatar application, including the decisions I made along the way, how I handled problems when things didn’t work, and how the project expanded far beyond the original idea.
We’ll also look at the finished app, how Fish Audio and LemonSlice fit into it, what the APIs actually cost to use, and what I’ve learned from building increasingly ambitious apps through AI-assisted coding.
