This was fun and i did it on my first (streamed) attempt. (The other attempt died because i was trying to switch train a geodude in late game and it got pursuited by a Fearow lol)

My Rules:
- I can only catch the first pokemon I encounter on each route, and if its a species I already have, I get no encounter for that area (dupes clause).
- If a pokemon faints the run is over.
- No overleveling the next gym leader/boss.
- I treat each E4 member as its own individual boss with separate caps.
- Set mode Obviously
- I am playing on Emulator and I did not use hacks for trade evolutions.
- I did use rare candies to avoid grinding and it feels amazing to cheat.
- I also ban a few pokemon like Snorlax and obviously legendaries.
- Only held items are allowed in battle, no x items or potions.
- Although it's never been a hard rule of mine, I don't use repels to manipulate encounters.
