We process about 30 million books a year, and we sell them into the wholesale market and also direct consumer through our Book Outlet brand. The success of our company is based on how many books we can actually sort in a given period of time. About 20 years, we've been manually processing books. During peak times our manual order fulfillment process could take up to two weeks to get an order out to a customer, which, of course, by today's standards, is totally unacceptable. For the inbound sortation of product, the Euro sorter allowed us to drastically increase the number of books that we could process in a given period of time using less labor and lot less floor space as well. We achieved a three times increase in productivity as a result of using the Euro sorter. Our customer satisfaction rating is 95% and I attribute a lot of that to the sorter that we use, as it allows us to be very consistent in our turnaround time. During the installation phase, we felt very supported by the team members. We felt like we'd call them many times a day, and they would come and answer our calls. Before they left they would always make sure that everything was running in the way that they intended. Now with the sorter, we're achieving 99.96% accuracy. It was the smoothest Black Friday we've ever had, and it was also our busiest.
