Gravimetric dosing device is an optional device that can be installed in the feeding unit. The hoppers can accommodate different material components; then the device blends the materials together and measures them by weight, precisely feeding the materials into the extruder after the exact percentage is input to the electronic system. It can decrease the amount of masterbatch used in the production and also gives a better mixing of the materials.
