Welcome to Episode 4 of Learning Interesting things with Striver.

To turn on or off Govt alerts -
On Android, you can go to Settings → Safety & Emergency - Crisis alerts and Wireless Emergency Alerts.
On iPhone, go to Settings → Notifications, and scroll down to Government Alerts.
You can control what kind of alerts you want to receive.
But honestly… these alerts are designed for critical situations.
So it’s usually better to keep them on.
