Can the Bambu Lab AMS 2 Pro replace a dedicated filament dryer, or is it mainly an automated material system with a drying function added on top?

To find out, I tested its drying performance using water-soaked sponges, temperature measurements, thermal camera imaging, and humidity monitoring. The results reveal how the AMS 2 Pro distributes heat, how effective the airflow is, and how much moisture it can actually remove during a drying cycle.
