Psalm 46 gives us a picture of how God’s people respond when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or shaken. When the worst happens and we don’t know what to do, we don’t begin with our circumstances—we begin with who God is. He is our refuge, our strength, and our very present help in trouble.
