Fear-setting and facing your fears will make you rich. We all have fears. Unfortunately for many, it's their fears that are holding them back from starting a business, or chasing success.
Throughout my life, I've implemented multiple tactics that have helped me to face my fears, and beat them. And in my opinion, it's learning to conquer fear that's the one thing basically all independently successful people share - bar none.
I'm going to share with you my "laying down" fear exercise, as well as Tim Ferriss' fear-setting exercise in this video, to hopefully help you beat your own personal fears.
